No one can tell: It's often hard to make that distinction when the patient is present before the doctor. It's impossible to do that by description alone.

Possible hashimoto: I would like more information to be able to assess what is going on. Typically, you will not be able to feel your neck nodules if they are thyroid nodules unless they are at least 1.5 cm and more likely 2 cm. If you have 6 nodules that you are watching, my guess is that they are smaller than this. You have a scheduled U/S on the 2nd of June? This will answer the question.
