Yes: It is hard to say what might be wrong without more information...how did you hurt your wrist, where does it hurt, what makes the pain wore or better, do you have numbness or tingling, do you have swelling or bruising, if so, where. I recommend you see a doctor since your symptoms are persistent.

Wrist pain: Can come from a fracture, arthritis, tendinitis and contusion to a joint as well as a ligament strain , even nerve injury or compression can give pain on the absence of numbness , if pain persists several months after an event am exam and x-ray may shed some light upon the cause , a hand surgeon takes care of these type of concerns.

Potentially: If you are still having pain in your wrist 3-4 weeks after an injury, I would be seen just to ensure it was not more serious than what you first thought.
