Im on 10mg amitritpyline x1 a day at bedtime for ibs-d. works great, can't function without it. but i suffer from anxiety. can i take 20mg celexa (citalopram) too?

Probably : You would certainly want to check with your doctor but with such a low dose of elavil, adding Celexa (citalopram) would probably be okay. It would also depend on what other medications you take and on any allergies you may have.
