Birth control: If you have been taking this for more than 10 days you have achieved a steady state, and although not ideal, the probability is that you are safe enough. Condom use is important to prevent STDs, but if you really want to be certain you will not get pregnant it will not hurt to use one for that purpose alone for the next day.
