Iam 23..my periods comes after 2-3days from the actual date of previous month date.is this safe ??

Yes: The lenght of a menstrual cycle (the time from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next) varies somewhat between different women. It should be roughly the same length each month. A cycle length anywhere between 21 and 35 days is considered normal. Your cycle is 30-31 days long. That is normal.
