Sleep problem: Be sure to avoid caffeine and also chocolate. Don't drink alcohol to help you sleep. Sleeping pills and tranquilizers are not advisable as you grow dependent on them. Warm milk,a cooked banana, and melatonin have been helpful. Discuss this problem with your physician if insomnia persists or worsens.
