Weight loss: Should not be significantly more difficult unless you have severe restrictions on exercise because of the increase in underlying illnesses as you age. Still a simple formula. Calories expended are greater than calories taken in and you will lose weight. Eat 3 meals a day, leaving table satisfied but not full, eliminate snacks, soft drinks, minimize ETOH, increase exercise.
