I use afrin (oxymetazoline) to get rid of my congestion. it works really well. are there any alternatives i should consider? i need something i can use more often.

Saline sinus washes: Over use of Afrin (oxymetazoline) can cause rhinitis mendicamentosa, or nose drop rhinitis. This can lead to a permanent stuffy nose. Try Neilmed sinus rinses instead; much safer.
