Viral syndrome: You have symptoms of viral upper respiratory tract infection which requires rest, plenty of fluids and over the counter anticongestants. However your might have otitis media 2/2 viral infection. If you have fever and/or headache or ear pain, you have to see a doctor, because you might need antibiotics. Your balance problems can be 2/2 ear infection.

Viral cold: Sounds like a viral cold. The fluid in your ears can make you feel unbalanced. Do you have other symptoms? Fever, nausea, vomiting, chills, sore throat, sneezing? If so, I would recommend you get in to see your doctor to make sure this is nothing more than a viral cold.
