I've had this dull pain at the base of my skull for weeks now. i feel nauseated, dizzy and a little confused. should i seek help?

Yes: It doesn't sound like a typical headache, and anytime one of my patients tells me they are dizzy or confused I ask them to see me. Be sure to bring a list of all the medication you are taking and any non prescription meds that you are taking including herbs/vitamins to your doctors appointment in case he/she doesn't have that information!

See neurologist soon: All your symptoms may be part of anxiety depression but since you have dizziness and confusion also pain at base of skull ,you must neurologist as soon as possible as you need to be investigated for any problem inside the head and treatment if indicated .
