Hepatitis B tests: An antibody means that your body reacted to something and tried to fight it off. That's your immune system doing what it's supposed to. An antigen is something like a piece of virus that shouldn't be there. Your test report shows you were exposed to Hepatitis B but luckily your body fought it off. This HepBe test helps prove if you developed immunity from natural infection or from the vaccine.
