May be significant : Low Complement levels may be nonspecific markers for autoimmune disorders. Other symptoms and clinical findings are needed to be able to adequately answer your question.

Lower immune system: Suggests that your immune system may not work optimally. You may be more inclined to infections. Some people also may have autoimmune disorders so you may want to consider having basic testing done for Lupus and similar type of diseases by simple blood tests. Although Lupus does require more than just a blood test to Diagnose. It has many criteria to look at.
