Yes.: Orthognathic surgery, or corrective jaw surgery, is routinely performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons for correction of jaw deformities. However, your question is a bit vague. If, as i suspect, you mean that your lower jaw is too short, then you might benefit from an operation to lengthen your lower jaw and/or advance your chin with a genioplasty. See a trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
