Pregnancy: If you have been taking the birth control pill as directed the chance of you being pregnant is close as possible to zero( pull out or not) taking plan B is not needed and wouldn't recommend. If you want extra protection ( which also prevents std's) have your partners wear condoms. The abdominal pain could be from many other sources and see your doc to help u with that.
