Sleep apnea tretment: I am not aware that there are any beds that improve sleep apnea. Positional therapy - sleeping on your side or sitting up - may improve sleep apnea in some people. You should discuss this with your sleep doctor.

Sleep apnea: The best treatment for most sleep apnea is weight loss. While that is happening the use of CPAP is excellent. Positional therapy decreases snoring and some apnea but doesn't improve sleepiness much. You can sleep in any bed you are comfortable in.
