Dear drs.can we know child's blood group before birth?

Difficult: The doctors could pierce the mothers belly with a long needle and draw blood from the babies umbilical cord. It could then be tested for blood group. It is exceedingly difficult and may cause fetal death. I would never consider it wise or worth the risk.
