Several: ? about signs & symptoms of fibromyalgia (FM). FM is label for a characteristic symptom constellation. Laboratory tests & imaging studies provide no signs specific for fibromyalgia. Physical exam reveals certain painful anatomical loci. Orthodoxy has overlooked several physical signs of Joint Hypermobility and sacroiliac joint disorder, both of which are common in people with FM.
