Fiber not Enema: Careful, stretching your colon/rectum can over stretch it and cause adjustment and damage in the nerve receptors that control the peristalsis and sensation of going to the BR. Some people end up chronically constipated, always needing an enema. It is best to eat much fiber, so it naturally moves quickly.
