Try oral laxatives : Have you tried laxatives already? Miralax (polyethylene glycol) otc should work well. Enema is unpleasant and is used as last resort. You should also talk to your local doctor on how to regulate your bowel if you are chronically constipated. Taking food rich in fibers or fibers supplement would help.
