Doesn't sound like i: The blood 'mismatch' issue you describe sounds like isoimmunization, and those babies are at risk of death (stillbirth) more so than miscarriage. If your wife had cramping before the miscarriage: sounds like preterm labor and often we don't find out the exact cause (but infections can be a cause); if she had painless dilation of the cervix (or hx of surgery on cervix, or many d&c's):poss incomp.Cv.
