Follow directions: Until you discuss this change w/ your provider, take the prescription as prescribed. That's why it is called a prescription. By your age, you may think you know better than some (perhaps young) doctor - you may - but not about the new drugs they've been using. Follow the wisdom you've hopefully developed. Take medication as directed. Ask for an explanation. Then decide, but tell them.
