After hysterectomy: If you had a supracervical hysterectomy it is not unusual to have mild light periods, depending on how much endometrial tissue is left behind. If your uterus and cervix were both removed, than any bleeding needs to be immediately investigated. Please contact your surgeon's office to set up an appointment.
