Here are some...: No help from applying Lotrimin (clotrimazole) indicated the affected area is not related with yeast infection, Instead, it may be a patch of psoriasis, for which it is wortwhile to try topical steroid cream such as 1% Hydrocortisone once/twice daily for one week and see. If not getting better, see Doc timely. Best wish...
