Common spot: To get yeast infections because it tends to be moist and the skin rubs. If it gets irritated it won't be long before it has a yeast infection. And if it has a yeast infection it will be irritated and itchy. The key is lubrication with something like a;d ointment or vaseline and lotrimin (clotrimazole) when it is red or symptomatic.
