Possible: Anything is possible. If it is a very tiny cancer or calcifications, it may not been seen on a MRI. For your age, breast cancer is rare. I recommend speaking with your breast surgeon.

Yes: No test is perfect. A physical exam along w thorough history is important. Other tests may also help, but none are perfect.
