A doctor has provided 1 answer

BPPV: There are 2 possibilities. Benign positional vertigo (BPPV) which is caused by loose calcium carbonate crystals of the inner ear. Or if when you look up, you are extending your neck, this may be cervical vertigo which is completely different. BPPV is an otological problem and cervical vertigo may be a muscle or cervical disc problem.
