Adenitis: I suspect that when you refer to stomach, you are considering the intestinal content of the abdomen and not the gastric region in particular. When nodes are seen in the GI tract the term used is mesenteric adenitis, meaning large inflamed or abnormal glands in the mesentery of the bowel. This supports the bowel and acts as the area of blood supply to bowel.
