Might be FM: Fibromyalgia (FM) is associated with a "pain all over" feeling; about 1/3 of people with FM feel parasthesias (stinging) and there is an increased frequency of GI symptoms in FM. The ANA test was probably "background noise" inasmuch as 4% of a general group of people that you run a ANA on can have a transient (+) ANA. Call your local medical society to find MD's that Rx FM in your locale.
