I am suffering from idiopathic myosotis with interstitial lung disease and rhematoid arthritis !iwas wondering what the outlook will be tks?

Depends on lungs: It sounds like you have an overlap syndrome with an inflammatory arthritis as well as inflammation of your muscles and lungs. In this situation my experience has been that the biggest problem is often related to the severity of the interstitial pneumonitis. Relatively speaking, there effective therapies for both Rheumatoid Arthritis as the myositis so I think those will be well-controlled.
