Can a lower back pain and sciatica lead to scoliosis in adults?

No: No, this is not typical for back pain and sciatica. Scoliosis is a curve of the spine itself which has nothing to do with back pain and sciatica. Sciatica is irritation of the nerve going down the back of the leg. Back pain can be a source for the sciatica but not scolisis. You either are born with scoliosis or develop it over time from another problem.

No.: Scoliosis may be associated with back and leg pain. A routine lumbar disc herniation in associated with leg pain is not going to cause curvature of the spinal column seen with scoliosis.

Unlikely: Usually its the other way around. The Scoliosis leads to back pain and sciatica as you grow older if not treated at earlier age.
