A member asked:

I breathed in a lot of bad chemicals, what to do?

How do you feel?: There's nothing you can do once you're exposed. You also need to keep things in perspective. Single exposures to even the more dangerous chemicals that don't result in immediate, clear illness usually cause no long-term harm. If you decide your exposure will surely make you sick, you will develop symptoms. If you decide to go on with your life, you'll probably have no bad effects
