Adrenaline (epi): We release certain chemicals such as epinephrine and nor-epinephrine when we get mad or even experience "fear" of a situation. these chemicals are responsible for increased heart rate, muscle tension, pupils dilating, etc. and all the responses for getting you ready to "fight." This is not uncommon. You may have a mild anxiety issue as well. If problematic, see your Dr.

This could be: anxiety/panic attacks and you should see your doctor for evaluation. Therapy and medications can help with your "personal problems" and seeing a doctor can initiate these treatments. Best of luck!
