Just this?: You are correct that ultralan is a cortisone type drug. Oral cortisone is generally limited to those people who cannot take inhaled cortisone- a generally for short periods of time. Long-term use of cortisone can lead to other problems. Are you self medicating? If so- stop now and get to a physician for inhaled, safer treatments. Good Luck.
