A member asked:

What do you advise if i'm on tikosyn-what would cause an arythmic heartbeat again ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tikosyn (dofetilide): Tikosyn (dofetilide) is an antiarrhythmic drug. It does not necessarily eradicate all of the arrhythmia that it is treating. If the arrhythmia is predominantly controlled on tikosyn, (dofetilide) then minor incidence of the arrhythmia may not necessarily be of concern.
