Having to take that manu meds means u have drug resistant high blood pressure. This is most often caused by primary hyperaldosteronism. Go to hyperaldosteronism@groups.io and lean more. Also go to uptodate.com. Read more and discuss with your team and ask to be tested for Primary Aldosteronism. Even if your potassium is not low. Let us know what u find out.

Melatonin is relatively benign when used as a sleep aid, so this should be no problem.
