Pressure: Under complete local anesthesia , you will feel pressure, may hear noise but will not feel any pain. All dentists are concerned for the comfort of their patients so just communicated with your's usually by raising your hand during the extractions if you are not comfortable.

Numbness ,pressure..: And little noise from applying pressure to the bone around that tooth to be extracted, really nothing in the hands of a skilled dentist or oral surgeon, you'll be fine the whole thing takes a few minutes and it should be painless.
