What kind of advice: are you looking for? You really aren't giving enough information for any kind of answer. If you are on pain medications or other controlled substances, you likely have signed an agreement with your doctor regarding things like drug testing, pill counts etc. If you are using other drugs, or not taking the drugs you are prescribed, your doctor will find this out. If you have a problem, get help!
