Possibly: I've seen patients last that long, follow the plan your doctor has given you and hopefully you can.

Sure!: I had a patient in preterm labor once dilated to 8 cm between 30 and 38 weeks! you can certainly remain pregnant for a month, if your obstetrician thinks it is a good idea and there is no sign of infection, bleeding or non-reassuring maternal-fetal status. Keep your spirits up!
