Hello...i have hot spots in my neck and increased basocytes, monocytes and decreased lymphocytes. can that possibly be lymphoma?

Need evaluation: Need further information like; what's the White Cell count? any other symptoms? Night sweats, mild fever, loss of weight, fatigue? you can repeat the complete blood count and also order a peripheral blood smear to see if all cells are normal in morphology
