When you : Can't stop thinking about the things that worry you, difficulty sleeping, concentrating on anything else, you have obsessive anxiety, usually referred to as obsessive compulsive disorder. (Some people just obsess others also feel compelled to do things repetitively, like wash their hands due to anxiety about germs).
