Stress: Exercise is terrific. You can walk, run, hike, bike, rollerblade, kayak, etc. Alternatively, you can take up a hobby such as gardening, painting, bird watching, etc. Volunteering for a worthwhile charity is another opportunity. The options are endless. As Nike says "Just do it"!!
