Insulin resistant: If you are taking insulin and your blood sugar is high, you are not insulin resistant but you are not taking enough insulin. There are two ways around this: 1: Increase your insulin bit by bit for a while. 2: Make changes to your diet. See "Nuval" on line. 3: Exercise as regularly as you can. 4: Work your way to needing less insulin.
