Odd question: Hi. I'm not sure what you're doing with this information, but I come up with 0.024 units/microgram, so 10 micrograms would be 0.24 units. Some Insulin pumps will tell you they can measure volumes that small, but there's not great accuracy down there (and no Insulin syringe can come close to accuracy at the 0.24 unit dose). But there you have it!

No equivalence: Micrograms is a measure of weight. Units is a measure of activity. There is no way of converting micrograms to units when you are talking about insulin. Insulin is always dosed based on units, not micrograms.
