Many causes: It is possible you have chronic pelvic pain syndrome. There are many causes of nonbacterial and noninfectious cystitis.Not enough space here to discuss in detail. You should see a urologist for cystoscopy,possible bladder biopsy and an accurate history with a urination diary.and a review of any medications you are taking,seeing if there is residual urine remaing after urination.
