It's subjective: That means that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." i don't believe getting older and having jowls makes anyone necessarily look bad even if their chin isn't pointy! that said, some pointy chins are called witch chins and they seem worse when people age. If your chin bothers you (not someone else), you can have it changed. What do you think?

Difficult to say: Jowls are a sign of aging and age affects the facial appearance as you loose fat and the tissues droop. The chain may or may not affect the overall aesthetics.
