Help! i've been having chronic pain and vicodin, need some advice?

No narcs: In general, chronic pain should not be treated with short acting narcotics like Vicodin. Eventually it stops working even at maximal doses. I prefer a holistic approach to chronic pain management to include medication, physical medicine (chiro, massage), exercise, weight loss, improving sleep efficacy, quitting smoking, social support.
