If out of control: If seizures are treated sub optimally, or folks stop their medications, can result in status epileptics, with attendant brain problems due to shortages of oxygen and glucose. But if seizure activity occurs sporadically, but not treated, areas of irritability spread, resulting in mirror foci and greater chance of more sz activity. Do NOT drive, as MVA can cause permanent issue.
