How is pain in the thighs during ejaculation relate to femoral hernia?

Uncertain: If there is groin pain during ejaculation, and there is a femoral hernia, the pain is porbably due to increased abdominal pressure. Femoral hernias should be evaluated by a general surgeon. Hope this helps!
