Is it possible for meningitis brain tumor to grow again at the same place or somewhere else in the body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually not: A meningioma is a benign tumor that arises on the surface of the brain covering, the meninges. Usually if resected the lesion rarely ever recurrs. In terms of any lesion no matter how malignant leaving the brain to metastasize elswhere, the blood brain barrier appears to assure that this event doesnt occur altough to metastasize to a distant site the right seed and soil must exist. but doesnt
