Hey docs, just wanted to know if i could wash gluten off of contaminated rice?

Gluten Contamination: You don't say if you are talking about uncooked rice or cooked rice, or what the contamination level is. I doubt you could remove all of the gluten by washing it, although perhaps if it was a scant dusting of uncooked rice with some flour.
